COLUMBIA, Md., September 17, 2007 Shimadzu Scientific Instruments and Groton Biosystems are collaborating to interface Groton's ARS series of online sampling monitors with Shimadzu's Prominence HPLC (high performance liquid chromatograph) to form a closed-loop solution for online analysis. Manufacturers can now quickly and efficiently optimize enzyme levels in mash by incorporating this system into the bio-ethanol production process.
