Methods Development Services
You can call on the Groton team for all of your method development requirements. Our team of Applications Chemists has expertise in developing robust Capillary Electrophoresis methods for specific customer protein and small molecule applications.
Cell Culture Analysis
Method Development Services are available to provide our customers tested, turnkey assay methods for the analysis of their cell culture samples using capillary electrophoresis. Groton Biosystems has currently developed assays for the analysis of protein, amino acids, vitamins, metals and ions (inorganic and organic). Our laboratory is well equipped to use all modes of capillary electrophoresis, multiple detection strategies, and HPCE systems from leading suppliers so that we can assure our customers that the methods delivered are optimized for resolution and sensitivity of the target analytes and are ready to use in the laboratory as received. Our methods can aid our customers by increasing their knowledge of their cell culture process through measurement of protein titer and quality, feedstock analysis, and quantitative analysis of cell culture feeding strategies.
Repair Service Contracts and Supplies
The Groton Biosystems Service Team is equipped to provide customers with rapid and accurate analysis and repair of all Groton products. Service agreements range from as-needed consultations to yearly preventative maintenance plans, and all-inclusive 24/7 service programs. Each agreement is tailored to meet the specific needs of your system and application requirements. A broad inventory of lamps, filters, reagents, capillaries and replacement parts are also stocked for fast delivery to your facility.
Groton is the authorized service agent for Prince Technologies CE instruments previously sold under the Thermo Crystal name. In addition, Groton is able to provide Thermo Crystal 1000 CE Conductivity Detector users with ConCap and ConTips.
Compliance Validation Services (IQ, OQ, PQ)
Groton's Validation Engineering group offers a complete compliance program for all Groton instrumentation and systems. Services range from Installation Qualification (IQ) to Validation support.
