Advanced System Training/Method Optimization
A variety of on-site and off-site instrument training courses on the ARS Automated Reactor Sampling System are available, as well as Media Optimization for cell culture and fermentation (proteins, amino acids, vitamins and phosphates/organic anions) applications. These courses are offered on a flexible schedule to accommodate our customers' needs and busy work schedules. Comprehensive education programs can be tailored to fit the specific experience base of the student, from a beginner to advanced techniques for the seasoned veteran. Short and long courses are available for system operation, troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Method Optimization to ensure success for your specific application.
• Ongoing on-site applications/method optimization available on a per diem basis.
• Remote* interactive training for online HPLC Amino Acid Analysis, Total Protein, and Protein Speciation method training.

Technical Support Agreements

• Technical system/applications support for Method Development, Sampling Parameters, and OPC Configuration provided onsite or by remote* access, phone, e-mail, or webinar.
• Remote* diagnosis and service
• Available on a per hour basis, or in annual blocks of 20 hours or 40 hours.

• Emergency Service Call programs tailored for your requirements.
• Web-based Training tailored for your specific applications needs.

Software Annual Maintenance Agreement

• Includes Software Updates and Migrations via phone and/or e-mail. (On-site upgrades are available at additional charge.)
• Includes “remote* access” capabilities.

Preventative Maintenance (PM) Programs
To ensure the highest level of system performance we offer a planned and controlled program of systematic inspection and cleaning. Groton Biosystems is dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional level of technical support and service that is tailored to your specific application. Our PM program will support your organization with prompt, precise and timely customer service.

• Protects your investment over the lifetime of the system.
• Maintains optimal performance of your system.
• Scheduled inspection, cleaning, and replacement of normal wear and tear components.
• Invest in one or multiple PMs to be scheduled as needed.
• One PM required per year for Original Warranty and Extended Warranty (see below) to remain valid.

Extended Warranty Option

• Terms of the original ARS-M Warranty will be extended by one additional year if the system is maintained with a minimum of one PM per year during both the first and second years of ownership and only Groton Biosystems Reagents are used in the ARS-MTM System.
