The GPA100 Capillary Electrophoresis System is a flexible, modular and inexpensive alternative for the analysis of any organic or inorganic molecule, in any media, carried out in minutes or even seconds - using only milliliters of buffer and nanoliters of sample. The GPA100 can be a powerful tool in your lab by complementing or substituting the expensive and lengthy HPLC, IC or GC analyses.

The GPA100 small footprint allows efficient and economical use of lab space. Its modularity allows different configuration depending on your individual needs as well as coupling to different detectors.

For instance, when CE separations are coupled to Mass Spectrometry (MS) detection, it is possible to identify and quantify analytes in complex matrices. Coupling CE with MS provides both identification and enhanced sensitivity. Besides this interface reduces or eliminates the off-line sample preparation.

Using MS as a detector for CE offers some advantages, such as independence of chromo or fluorophor, lower LOD than UV, the possibility of structural information and easy separation of coeluting peaks using information of the mass as second dimension.
