In-situ Filter Sampling Probes - Sterilizable, Disposable, Cell Free
The Groton Biosystems’ sampling probes permit extraction of cell-free samples from bioreactors. The probe can be used with the Groton ARS-M Automated Reactor Sampling System or for manual sample acquisition.
The sampling probe can be sterilized in-situ and is available for 12 and 25 mm ports for laboratory, pilot and commercial scale use.

- 12 mm & 25mm port sizes available for headplate reactors and sideport SIP reactors
- Filter probe can be easily replaced after every reactor cycle to assure maximum filtration performance
- Extensions are available to position filter at ideal depth in the reactor
- Fluid flow rate is dependent on the viscosity of the media
Applications
Mammalian Cell Cultures, E. coli, Yeast, Aerobic or Anaerobic Cultures, Other Bacteria fungi, algae, insect cell cultures. Recommended flow rate is 0.5 to 2.0 ml/min
